Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our convenient and modern facility in Hayward, Wisconsin, USA.
Domestic Shipping Policy: Billing Boats USA, Inc. will ship all orders within three days of receipt pending in-stock position and barring any Acts of God. We will ship via UPS or the United States Post Office Priority Mail at our discretion for domestic locations unless special shipping requirements are done at checkout.
Our website has freight charges based on price/weight/location and may be too high for international shipments. Please contact us at bbusa@billingboats.com for a firm freight quote.
International Shipping Policy: Billing Boats will ship all orders within three days of receipt pending in-stock position and barring any Acts of God. We prefer to ship UPS as we can track the shipment to your door. However, UPS is more expensive than the United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail. Contact our customer service department at bbusa@billingboats.com to receive quotes on shipping and with questions.
Please note that because our tracking of USPS shipments ends at the U.S. border, we cannot accept any responsibility for lost/damaged shipments once it leaves the U.S. border. In summary, UPS is more expensive but guaranteed to your door while USPS is less expensive but we can only guarantee shipment to the United States border. We'll provide tracking information regardless of how you choose to receive your shipment.

Returns Policy
In keeping with commitment for total customer satisfaction, any goods shipped from Billing Boats USA, Inc. shipped in error can be returned at no charge, freight collect by contacting customer service at bbusa@billingboats.com or by calling (715) 634-5700.
Please check goods received for damage or missing parts. Please contact customer service immediately for remediation. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or missing parts after thirty (30) days from date of shipment.
All other returns need to be shipped, freight pre-paid, to our facility. Once merchandise is received in re-sellable condition, we will offer either an exchange or refund at the customer's discretion. Please allow 30 days for processing refunds.
We will not accept returns or issue refunds after more than sixty (60) days from date of shipment.
